On June 15th Gov. Newsom signed AB 1955, banning forced outing policies in California and protecting educators from retaliation for supporting transgender students.
We await a response from Rocklin USD as well as an update on the current legal situations in which the district is engaged.
On June 27th the California Assembly approved AB 1955, a ban on Gender Notification Policies in California.
